What's The Process?
It's really quite simple! Once you request a collaboration with us by filling out a booking form, you'll receive a follow-up email within 24-48 hours. This email will most importantly include your "music start date" (the date we will begin production on your project) and an invoice. All you have to do after that is make sure to send in your routine sheets as well as a full routine video (using an 8-count-track opposed to counting) to info@lcmusicpro.com or our WHATSAPP NUMBER
What's about the Payment?
After you've been given your confirmed music start date, we'll send you an invoice that requires a 100% deposit to secure your place on our calendar and initiate the pre-production process. Prompt payment of the deposit enables us to begin crafting your personalized music as soon as possible!
What's The Best Way To Video?
A full routine video isn't technically required but it is highly encouraged! To ensure we're able to use the video, we kindly ask to record your full routine as it is (this can be anything from a full mark-through to a full-out) using an 8-count-track. What's a 8-count-track you ask? It's a very useful 'pre-mix' piece of music that uses a consistent tempo throughout, allowing us to follow along much easier as we construct your project, You can find this in our DOWNLOADS section. It is imperative that any videos sent in do not use voice counting as a method unless you send in additional videos
What's happen if I Cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled when your mix is already in the production phase. You will be responsible for the amount of time that we put into the music. You may get a partial refund, depending on how much time has already been put into the music. If you have placed an order for music and we have already recorded custom voiceovers for your music, you will be responsible for that cost. We reserve the right to terminate any order. Can I Relicense a Mix?
Our relicensing fee per mix is $200. Mixes may only be relicensed for 1 additional season and must be from the previous season. Currently we are only re-licensing mixes from the season. Relicensing only applies to Custom Mixes.Please note that Lcmusicpro contracts with various music providers throughout each season. These providers can change from season to season and if your mix has music from a provider we no longer contract with then Lcmusicpro will be unable to relicense your mix.
Legal Business Stuff?
LCMUSICPRO.COM or any of its Producers will not be held responsible for any loss of profits, damaged equipment, missed competitions, time deductions due to the length of you music (45-8ct @ 145bpm=2:30min) or anything else due to the use of this website and/or our services or media formats. We will not be held responsible for any occurrence which revolves around email. All of your emails are responded to in a very timely manner. In any event that you do not receive a response in your inbox (because it ended up in your Bulk/Junk Mail folder or FULL), we will not be held responsible for issues which may occur, to include:
A. Your mix being delayed B. Missed competitions
By ordering from Lcmusicpro.com, you are contracting Lcmusicpro.com to provide and perform a music mixing service. Since all of the mixes that we create are "CUSTOM", we DO NOT give out refunds for finished productions.
You agree that the user who initialized this contracted service will assume all responsibility for their "Custom Mix", should any "Damages" occur. By submitting your order, you accept and agree upon these terms and policies of Lcmusicpro.com, and you understand the contents of the terms and policies page. We work with many programs from all over the world. With these terms in effect, it allows us to better serve you with the best customer service, time management, and the most creative custom music possible.
